END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT: THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DoremiZone. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
This Agreement is between you and DoremiZone, the provider of the Software.
DoremiZone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited subscription license to use the Software on a specified number of devices as outlined in your subscription plan. This license is effective for the duration of your subscription.

You may transfer the Software only if you notify DoremiZone in writing and receive written consent from DoremiZone. Certain conditions may apply.
By using the Software, you grant DoremiZone a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to reference your name in public marketing materials, including but not limited to case studies, testimonials, promotional content, and industry events. Such references will be made solely for the purpose of identifying you as a customer of DoremiZone and showcasing your use of the Software. Any use will be non-misleading and will not imply any endorsement of DoremiZone’s products or services beyond your use of the Software.
All such uses require your prior written approval, and DoremiZone will not publish any materials featuring your name without obtaining your consent. You may revoke this permission at any time by providing written notice to DoremiZone. Upon receipt of such notice, DoremiZone will cease further use of your company’s name or logo in new marketing materials within thirty (30) days. However, DoremiZone may continue to use previously published materials that cannot reasonably be altered or removed, provided such usage is consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
The Software remains the exclusive property of DoremiZone and its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright laws, patent laws, trade secret laws, and international treaties. This includes, but is not limited to, the software’s source code, object code, algorithms, data structures, user interface, and all related documentation and materials. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other proprietary rights, are expressly reserved by DoremiZone and its licensors.
The Licensee acknowledges that they are granted only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and that no ownership rights are conveyed. DoremiZone retains full ownership of the Software and all associated intellectual property, including any modifications, enhancements, or updates provided under this Agreement.
The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the People’s Republic of China, the United States, and other jurisdictions in which the Software is used, as well as relevant international treaties. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or any other form of reproduction or exploitation of the Software is strictly prohibited.
The Licensee agrees not to challenge DoremiZone's ownership of the Software or its intellectual property rights, and further agrees to refrain from any act that would infringe upon such rights.
DoremiZone may collect certain non-personal data such as system configuration, error logs, and software usage statistics for the purpose of improving the Software. By using the Software, you consent to DoremiZone’s collection.
All data collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. DoremiZone ensures that your personal data will not be shared without your consent.
The Software may interact with third-party services. In such cases, data will be shared in accordance with their terms of service, and you agree to these terms by using the Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DoremiZone DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
DoremiZone makes no guarantee that the Software will operate without interruptions or errors. You use the Software at your own risk.
DoremiZone disclaims all liability for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or system functionality.
DoremiZone SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
The total liability of DoremiZone under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Software during the subscription term.
You agree to comply with all relevant laws and export regulations when using the Software.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoremiZone against any third-party claims resulting from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement remains effective during the subscription period unless terminated earlier by either party.
You may terminate the Agreement by canceling your subscription and uninstalling the Software.
DoremiZone may terminate this Agreement if you breach any terms or fail to make timely subscription payments. After termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Software, and all copies must be removed from your devices.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
You waive your right to bring claims in a class action format or in any other type of representative action.
Some components of the Software are licensed under third-party terms. You agree to comply with these licenses.
The Software may contain services provided by third parties. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Installation requires a compatible system. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
Upon installation, you will need to activate the Software using the provided activation code or via online activation.
The Software will automatically receive updates to improve functionality or security.
You may be asked to opt into an anonymous data collection program that helps improve future versions of the Software.
Use of the evaluation copy is subject to time and feature limitations. After the trial, you must purchase the full version.
Details regarding the technical support offered by DoremiZone, including how to access assistance and any applicable limitations or conditions.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
This document constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and DoremiZone regarding the Software.
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement will be communicated to you by DoremiZone, either through the Software, via email, or by posting the updated Agreement on the DoremiZone website. You will be notified of any changes, and for significant amendments that substantially affect your rights or obligations, such notice will be given in advance.
Upon receiving notice of such amendments, your continued use of the Software after the effective date of the change will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. In some cases, you may be required to explicitly accept the amended Agreement before continuing to use the Software.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Software. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession. Your use of the Software after the amendment becomes effective will be deemed as acceptance of the changes, unless you notify DoremiZone in writing that you do not agree to the modifications.
It is your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly for any updates or changes. DoremiZone will not be liable for your failure to review the updated terms.
Any content you create using the Software remains your property, but DoremiZone may use it for marketing purposes with your consent.
By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
